Location: Bldg 658, east wing,  Office Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:15 am - 5:30 pm

 

Population Served: Active Duty Soldiers, Retirees, DA Civilians, and Family Members 18 years and older.

 

After hours, emergencies (drug over dose or any other related problems) are directed to the Elmendorf Hospital Emergency Room at 580-5555.
